As North Carolina nears the grim milestone of 1,000 deaths due to Coronavirus, WRAL wants to honor the names and lives behind the numbers.

We invite you to submit information and a photo below for a loved one who has been lost because of COVID-19. The profiles may be used on TV and on our website and app. 

Photos with file sizes between 500 KB and 2 MB work best. Photos larger than 10 MB cannot be accepted.
